There has always been an argument about who has been Iron Man’s biggest adversary.

Some will say Ghost, while others say it is clearly Mandarin.

Saturday, the Ironmen of Don Bosco’s biggest foe of the new season was the Iron Mikes, who blew out the state ranked North Jersey team to establish themselves as the team to beat in the Times of Trenton area.

We hope that the postponed TCA Montgomery contest can be made-up, to see if the Cougars can prove to be the top public school team in the area.

GHSA Swimming and Diving State Championship updates from Saturday

Norcross swimmer Catie Choate was also among those to have a repeat first-place finish. She defended her 100-yard backstroke title with a first-place time of 55.01. In last year’s 50-yard freestyle, Campbell’s Allison Damron placed third with a time of 23.78. This year, Damron jumped up two spots to finish first with a time of 23.26 to take home the gold.

ANAHEIM, Calif. — Some goaltenders wince when the shootout is mentioned. Anaheim’s Ryan Miller welcomes it.
